Herrell's Hot Fudge Sauce

No matter what the weather, Herrell's hot fudge sauce tastes great on ice cream and frozen yogurt. With "absolutely no preservatives or artificial anything," the sauce contains sugar, cream, milk, butter, cocoa powder, and chocolate liqueur. It's a winner at $4.49 for a 10-ounce jar -- the lid looks and smells like melted fudge -- at Herrell's Renaissance Café, 155 Brighton Avenue, in Allston.
