Blenheim Ginger Ale

Drink gingerly

by Devra First

NOSHING & SIPPING
While you're browsing for stainless-steel dustpans, authentic English pub towels, and cast-iron cabinet pulls at Restoration Hardware, you can also pick up a six-buck six-pack of spicy Blenheim Ginger Ale. What's a store that -- ostensibly, at least -- sells hardware doing selling beverages? Dunno, but Blenheim fits in well with the clamps, vises, and other possible instruments of torture traditionally sold at hardware stores: it's got a bite that verges on the painful. In fact, drinking this ginger ale is sort of like drinking extremely tasty sandpaper. If you're a ginger lover -- or a masochist -- this brew's for you.
