Agreed, I can not in good conscience sign a TOS that indeminfies a corporation for their legal fees. I am not licensed to issue insurance or indemnity in the Commonwealth of Massasetts, nor am I capitalized to do so. Thus I will not be getting a Blogger Identity. I have no objection to signing my items -- always have -- but I can not promise to subsidize Blogger.COM's corporate law firm if some idiot sues them.

Yeah, I don't understand the logic of requiring someone to be a blogger before they can comment on Mark's blog.
