Kid Sister recently followed up Ultraviolet with the less-electro-more-romantic-pop free mixtape Kiss Kiss Kiss (Fool's Gold), and she's now putting the final touches on her next effort, a decidedly more hip-hop move with producer Scoop DeVille. At least, that's the plan. Don't expect her to keep on the same jag for too long. "Look, if music was like a job, like going to work — like, say you're working at a corporation and they have you on one project for three years. Aargh! I wouldn't be able to keep it together, I'd want to kill myself! Sometimes, musical trends go in weird directions and get wack; when that happens, I'm like, 'I'll just back away, let this run its course, and come back when it rules again!' "
