SLIDESHOW: The Craiglist Killer files

See the evidence Boston Police used to crack the case, including case files, interview transcripts, and social-media subpoenas

A subpoena to Comcast matched the killer's IP address to a physical address, and to the 23 year old BU Med student who lived there: Philip Markoff. While police set up physical surveillance outside Markoff's Quincy apartment, they also served a social-media subpoena to Facebook, which replied with lists of Markoff's friends, IP logins, photos, tags, and messages.
