Queer World (ages 26 to 35)
* Meeting style: MTV meets Robert's Rules of Order. Fast-paced,
designed for quick action.
* Values: crisis-oriented, specifically influenced by the AIDS crisis;
focused on saving lives.
* Type of organizing: graffiti, "zaps" and other forms of street
theater, civil disobedience to demonstrate anger of gays and lesbians, shutting
down institutions, grabbing immediate media attention.
