Dancing Deer Snail Bread

No deer, no snail, but you may indeed find yourself dancing after you taste one of these soft, stuffed breads. Seasoned with basil, extra-virgin olive oil, and black pepper, the bread is wrapped around a cheese-and-vegetable filling. The fillings, which change daily, may include zucchini, summer squash, eggplant, red pepper -- whatever the chef deems freshest. Produced by the Dancing Deer Company of West Roxbury, these individually wrapped delights are available for approximately $3 at Bread & Circus and select coffee shops.
