Plymouth Rock smoked-salmon spread

Noshing & Sipping by Theresa Regli

Looking for a more interesting way to top off your bagel? Plymouth Rock, a specialty seafood company based in (where else?) Plymouth, whips up an exceptional, airy spread from cream cheese, dill, scallions, and big chunks of freshly smoked salmon. It's a perfect match for a poppy-seed, garlic, or onion bagel. An eight-ounce container usually costs about $3.50 at most specialty-food shops and seafood markets, but Bread & Circus occasionally puts it on sale for $2.49.
