Tea shakes

Having a tea shake -- a blend of tea and ice cream or frozen fruit -- at Tea Tray in the Sky may be this summer's coolest experience. The "flavor of the week" changes every few days; when we stopped by, sweet, delicate Japanese sencha green tea was blended with vanilla ice cream and nonfat milk, and an orange wedge was clipped onto the narrow glass. On another day, maté, an Argentine herbal tea, was mixed with mango, coconut, and banana for a sweeter, more tropical flavor. Only $3.25 for a tall glass of bliss.
