This intense, refreshing, almost syrupy sorbet gets its flavor from raspberry purée; concentrated blackberry, elderberry, and passion-fruit juices; honey; and Vermont spring water. Raspberry and blackberry are the dominant flavors; it even smells like a basket of freshly picked berries. One pint costs $3.49 at area grocery and convenience stores.
