Matt Damon is a recent law-school grad who takes on the insurance industry and corrupt attorneys in Francis Ford Coppola's adaptation of John Grisham's novel. Damon's big case is that of a boy who's dying of leukemia because of an insurance company's refusal to cover treatment. The combination of law firm/insurance company corruption and the boy's plight transforms Damon into a crusader. With Danny DeVito, Jon Voight, Mary Kay Place, and Claire Danes.
