The pinot noir hoopla shows no sign of abating, thanks to the film Sideways. If you’ve always wanted to learn the secrets of your favorite chefs, now’s your chance. Starting on April 19, Nuestra Culinary Ventures (31 Germania Street, Jamaica Plain) is offering a celebrity-chef series to benefit its small-business-development program for new food-industry entrepreneurs. The first class, which begins at 7 p.m., will feature East Coast Grill chef Chris Schlesinger kicking off the grilling season.
