Not only does the arrival of Wednesday evening mean you’re more than halfway through the work week — it also brings with it the Wine Wednesday series at Sel de la Terre (255 State Street, Boston). On January 4, the series continues with a program titled "Brave New World Wines for a New Year"; along with a selection of wines, patrons will be treated to a four-course tasting menu from chef/owner Geoff Gardner.
