The Mighty

British director Peter Chelsom (Hear My Song, Funnybones) is the master of skewed whimsy, and he should bring that touch to this adaptation of Rodman Philbrick's children's novel about two schoolboys (Elden Henson and Kieran Culkin) who team up to create an imaginary superhero. The film also stars Sharon Stone, Gena Rowlands and Harry Dean Stanton. Screens at the Copley Place Saturday, September 12 at 7:30, and 9:45 p.m. and Sunday, September 13 at 11:30 a.m. and 2 and 4:30 p.m.
