Hey! Here’s a last-minute reminder for the Midday Social happening on THURSDAY (the 28th) at Platforms in Providence. Hand-deliver your music to various media and booking reps from across New England and mingle. The Midday Social is all ages and free-of-charge! Do it. On FRIDAY (the 29th), the Newport Rock the Fort concert series at Fort Adams State Park concludes with rock legend Rick Derringer and special guests starting around 7 pm; the show is 21-plus and tix are $25.
